Happy 2014! It's going to be a great year with lots of fitness goals to accomplish! Last year was rough for me because I had Bicep surgery to repair a partially torn bicep as well as shoulder surgery on the same arm to remove some scar tissue and shave down some bone spurs. I have been rehabbing my right arm for the last 6 months or so and feel much stronger and positive about rebuilding. With the holidays behind us we can move forward with our clean eating and training to get ready for the warm sunny days ahead! :) Summer is my favorite time of year! My husband and I are looking forward to helping and motivating others to realize their dreams of health and fitness and looking their very best at any age ~ it's never too late! We are 50 and 51 years young and we both feel better than we did 20 years ago! Never stop chasing the fountain of youth through a healthy and active lifestyle!
